Recommendations for maintaining your linen

  • Do not let stains dry. Dried stains are sometimes difficult to remove. Never iron before stains have been removed.

  • Sort laundry by color. Wash white and colored items separately. Always wash deep-colored linen separately and never with white laundry.

  • Never wash colored fabrics with detergents that contain optical brighteners or chlorine bleaches.

  • Always pre-wash new textiles at low temperatures to prevent shrinkage and avoid surprises after rinsing out excess dye.

  • Never let wet pieces of laundry sit on top of each other for long.

  • Correctly dose your detergent: too little detergent causes limescale buildup, leading to graying, faster wear, increased wrinkling, and significant shrinkage. Too much detergent leads to excessive foaming and disappointing washing results.

  • Respect the load ratio. Overloading the washing drum causes extra wear; insufficient loading leads to graying and poor washing results.
