SINGLE-THREAD YARN
Single-thread yarn is composed of fibers held together by a small amount of twisting; or fine strands held together with or without twisting, or narrow strips of material; or an artificially made amount of bundled strands with sufficient thickness to be used as yarn (single-thread). Single-thread yarn of the spun type, made up of many short fibers, also requires twisting.
TWISTED YARN
After yarn is spun, it is not strong enough to be processed into upholstery fabrics, curtains, bath, bed, table, or kitchen linen. In many cases, strands are twisted together to make the yarn stronger. These twisted strands are used as a base for fabrics. Twisted yarns provide a stronger final product that is more durable than single-thread woven products.
In combed yarns, there is an additional processing step after carding that ensures:
These characteristics result in a better final product:
Indanthrene dyed fabrics are suitable for intensive use and have excellent color retention. Maximum protection against light, washing, and bleaching.
Reactive dyed fabrics provide good protection against light but cannot be bleached and are not resistant to chlorine.

50% Cotton - 50% Polyester Bed Linen
It is more durable due to the polyester fiber, less expensive than 100% cotton bed linen, easy to maintain, and shrinks less.
100% Cotton
Cotton has good moisture absorption.
